Dear Expert Automotive (Mike and Steve),
Recommendations come from many and some are good and some are not so
good. Several years ago, by recommendation, I came to you as a new customer. At
first I was hesitant. I was not sure of the quality or the straightforward service I
would receive.
At that time my experience with other professional auto service places
was, at best, at a level of dissatisfaction.

"Dear Expert Automotive,
I really want to thank you for taking such incredible care of my Acura TL. About 6 months after purchasing my car from a private party, I started hearing really bad noises coming from my front brakes. One of my co-workers told me about your shop and all the reasons why she would never go anywhere else. I made an appointment for youto do a brake job.
When I came to pick up my car you handed me an invoice and itwas marked "No Charge". You inspected the brakes for free, wrote up an evaluation for free and told me that the brakes were fine and I had about 70% of the pads left on the front. You also inspected the rear brakes for free and told me they were in even better shape.
I am so happy to have found you and I will tell everyone I know that drives an Acura or a Honda. You could have replaced the brakes and I would have never known the difference. You chose the high road! You now have a customer and a fan for life!"

Since my wife and I have moved to Elk Grove, we’ve enjoyed every service experience we had with
your shop over the past many years. From the single temperature dial replacement to the 100,000+
mile maintenance, your diagnosis has always been spot on and honest. In addition, I believe your
rates are very reasonable for the “dealership” quality of work performed. It’s reassuring to know
when I take either my Honda or Acura for service I know I am not going to be “taken advantage” of
with the recommendation of unnecessary or overpriced work.
When we were in the market to purchase a new car, the servicing of the car after the warranty period
was a consideration of which car to purchase as our intention was to keep the car for many years.
Ultimately, we ended up purchasing a Honda and part of the decision
was due to the excellent service we receive at Expert Automotive.

I just love bringing my car to Expert Automotive. They have always been honest,
fast and reasonable. They repair what needs to be repaired, don’t try to sell me
on anything that doesn’t need to be repaired and they always educate me on my
car.
I am driving a 1998 Honda Accord with over 229,000 miles on it which just runs
great because I have had my work done by Steve and Mike here at
Expert.
I am going to be buying a new car very soon and it will
be either a Honda or an Accord and I will be bringing

Right after I bought a very used Accord I started having a
couple of minor problems with overheating. My Dad and I did
everything we could and we just could not fix it. My Dad told me
to have you look at it.
When I went in you actually stopped what you were doing
and looked at my car. I told you I am a full time student and did
not have a lot of money so you told me how to repair what was
wrong. It worked and my car runs great!
You never charged me a penny and when I did have a
problem that I could not repair I took it to you and you repaired
